1. About these terms

coastalctinsurance.com is operated by Stratfield Partners LLC, doing business as Coastal CT Insurance, an independent insurance agency in Bridgeport, Connecticut. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. We are an agency, not an insurer

We help you find and buy insurance from insurance companies. Policies are issued, priced and paid for by those companies, and claims are decided by them under the terms of the policy they issue.

3. Quotes and requests do not bind coverage

• Submitting a quote request, a contact form, a chat message or a booking does not create, change or bind any insurance coverage.
• No coverage is in force, and no change to an existing policy takes effect, until it is confirmed in writing by us or the insurance company.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final terms, pricing and eligibility are set by the insurance company after underwriting.
• You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information. Inaccurate information can affect pricing, coverage or claims.

4. Information on this site

Articles, guides and the chat assistant provide general information only. They are not insurance, legal or tax advice, and they do not describe any specific policy. What a policy covers is set by its own terms, conditions and exclusions. Talk to a licensed agent about your situation.
