Claims & Client Service

Already a client? Here is how to report a claim, get a certificate or ID card, or change your policy.

Report a claim

  1. Make sure everyone is safe. In an emergency on the water, call 911 or the U.S. Coast Guard (VHF channel 16).
  2. Call your insurance company's claims line. The number is on your ID card and on your policy's declarations page, and most carriers take claims around the clock.
  3. Take photos and prevent further damage where it is safe to do so. Keep receipts for emergency repairs.
  4. Let us know so we can help you through the process: call (203) 445-3594 or send us a claim note.

Certificates, ID cards & policy changes

Need a certificate of insurance for a marina or yacht club, a replacement ID card, or a change such as adding a boat, updating a lienholder or changing your address? Send us a request with your name and policy number.

Request a certificate or change

We aim to respond within one business day. Changes are not in effect until confirmed by us or your carrier.

Billing & payments

Premiums are billed and collected by your insurance company. Your carrier's billing phone number and online payment options are on your bill. If something looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out with the carrier.

Office hours
